Hello,
My name is Briana, but most people call me Bri. Growing up my friends and family called me Briana, and then as I got older people started shortening my name to Bri.
A little about me, I was born and raised in the area of Medford, Oregon, and I graduated from South Medford High. During my senior year of high school we had to do many job shadowing and it was after shadowing an Elementary teacher that made me realize I want to become and Elementary school teacher myself. Once I graduated high school I tried going away for college and went to the University of Oregon, but realized after a year of going there, that I wanted to come back home where my family is, and focus strictly on school. I then moved to Ashland, Oregon where I am currently going to Southern Oregon University.I plan to graduate with my bachelors in Elementary Education within the next two years, and by then I will have my teaching license as well. I look forward to the day when I have my own classroom, and experience the wonders of teaching.
While im not at school or in the library studying, I like to be outside keeping myself active. I love running, hiking, rock climbing, longboarding, snowboarding, playing sand volleyball, and camping. My study of interests include, childhood development, education, psychology, and sociology.
The picture below is from Thanksgiving. I was playing with my two nephews, who I adore more than anything.
